As a Configuration Consultant, you will analyze client requirements, implement modern solution architectures, and streamline core payroll operations. - Configure Workforce Software applications to align with client operational standards and business goals.
- Evaluate client HR processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend technology-driven solutions.
- Deliver high-quality project artifacts, technical designs, and functional documentation.
- Provide strategic guidance to client stakeholders and mentor junior consulting staff.
qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Workforce Management and HR technology implementations.
Official certification in Workforce Software configuration.
Proven ability to analyze complex technical workflows and communicate insights effectively.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active PHR or SHRM-CP professional certifications.
Hands-on experience or familiarity with ADP platforms.
Strategic advisory experience within enterprise workforce planning environments.
