The Master Data Management (MDM) Analyst II is responsible for managing and improving data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems, with a primary focus on Informatica MDM. This role leads MDM implementation efforts, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to define data standards, rules, and governance processes to support reliable operations and analytics.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in master data management, data governance, or data analysis
Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM implementation and support
Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Redshift)
Lead and support implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration of data models, match/merge rules, and workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams to define and document master data rules, data definitions, and governance standards across domains.
Basic SQL skills for data validation and analysis
Manage and maintain master data across systems such as Workday, Salesforce, Redshift, and other enterprise platforms.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and validation to ensure high data quality and consistency.
Support data migration and integration initiatives by mapping and aligning master data across multiple systems.
Monitor data quality metrics and provide reporting on data health and improvement efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies across source and downstream systems.
Evaluate and leverage AI, Generative AI, and intelligent data management capabilities to improve master data quality, automate data stewardship processes, enhance data governance, and support business decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data governance, processes, and data quality.
Experience in data quality management, cleansing, and validation processes
Experience supporting data migration, integration, or system implementations preferred
