Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Applications Specialist III with strong Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) application support experience.

The selected resource will support OSDH's Oracle EPM applications, providing technical and functional expertise, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing technical and functional support for Oracle EPM applications.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for OSDH EPM administrators.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EPM application issues.

• Support application maintenance, analysis, and development activities.

• Provide technical and functional guidance to application administrators.

• Ensure timely resolution of application-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in application development and analysis.

• Oracle EPM application support experience.

• Strong technical and functional troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to analyze application issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Must meet the education and experience requirements specified in the job description.

Preferred Skills:

• Oracle EPM Cloud, PBCS, EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS.

• Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase.

• Oracle Smart View.

• Groovy scripting.

• Financial planning and reporting applications.
