Job Title: Oracle EPM Support Consultant (Technical and Functional)

Location: 100% remote



About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consultant to provide ongoing support for a public-sector client s EPM applications. You will be the main point of contact for the client s EPM administrators, answering questions, resolving issues and providing technical and functional expertise as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support for Oracle EPM applications
  • Act as the single point of contact for the client s EPM administrators
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and functional issues promptly
  • Give technical and functional guidance on configuration, processes and best practices
  • Communicate clearly on issue status, root cause and resolution
  • Document fixes, changes and recurring issues

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EPM applications [specify: Planning, FCCS, EPBCS, Hyperion, etc.]
  • Technical and functional expertise in EPM, with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in applications development and analysis
  • 12 semester hours of coursework in computer science or MIS, or a vocational or technical certification in applications development (156+ hours)
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience are acceptable, with one year of applications development experience substituting for the education requirement
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

Good to Have (my suggestions, edit freely)

  • Experience with EPM data integration, business rules, security and reporting
  • Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion certification
  • Experience supporting government or large-enterprise users
