Our client is looking for a Pega System Analyst in Remote below is the detailed requirements.

Required Skills:

1. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare claims processing workflows spanning Pega and Facets systems.

2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows for Pega case design and Facets configuration.

3. Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure solution design aligns with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory requirements. Job

Description:

Pega System Analyst with experience in analysing business requirements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver applications.

Skilled in translating business needs into functional specifications, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting the SDLC.

Strong knowledge of the Pega platform, workflow automation, Agile methodologies, and integration with external systems.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
