Key Responsibilities:
✔ Design, develop, and implement end-to-end PEGA Customer Service (CS) solutions
✔ Architect scalable and high-performance PEGA Constellation applications
✔ Lead PEGA CS application design, workflows, UI, integrations, and deployment activities
✔ Customize and enhance PEGA Customer Service Framework to meet business requirements
✔ Drive digital transformation and business process automation initiatives
✔ Lead and mentor a team of PEGA developers through design reviews, code reviews, and release management
✔ Build and integrate APIs with enterprise systems and databases
✔ Develop, test, deploy, and monitor business workflows to optimize operational efficiency
✔ Support production applications, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements
✔ Prepare technical documentation, deployment artifacts, and implementation best practices
✔ Collaborate with client stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions

✔ 8+ Years of PEGA Development Experience
✔ PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification – Level 1 (Required)

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience leading enterprise PEGA implementations from inception to production
✔ Expertise in scalable, secure, and high-performing PEGA architectures
✔ Experience integrating PEGA with enterprise applications and databases
✔ DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, and Automated Testing
✔ Experience monitoring workflow performance and recommending process improvements
✔ Strong client-facing experience with senior technical and business stakeholders
