Job Description 
We are looking for a Senior Pega Administrator with strong Pega Development experience to support and maintain enterprise Pega applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Pega platform administration, application development, deployments, performance tuning, and production support. 
Required Skills

 6 10+ years of Pega Administration & Development experience

 Strong experience with Pega PRPC platform administration

 Hands-on Pega application development

 Case Management & Workflow development

```
 Data Modeling

 REST & SOAP Integrations 
```

 Pega environment administration (Dev, QA, Prod)

 Pega upgrades, deployments & release management

 Performance tuning, debugging & log analysis

 Linux, WebSphere/Tomcat, and Database knowledge

 CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, and DevOps practices

 Experience with Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service (CS) (preferred)

 Pega Certifications (CSA/CSSA/LSA) are a plus

 Excellent communication and client-facing skill
