Job Title: Pega Program Manager

Location: NYC, NY – Hybrid           

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in Program Management.
• 15+ years of overall Program Management experience with at least 8+ years leading enterprise Pega platform implementations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-project Pega transformation programs from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong understanding of the Pega Infinity Platform, enterprise case management, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing and executing program governance, risk management, resource planning, budgeting, and delivery strategies.
• Strong knowledge of program controls, compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements within enterprise environments.
• Domain experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Insurance, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with Pega Solution Architects, Lead System Architects (LSAs), Business Architects, Development Teams, and PMOs to deliver enterprise solutions.
• Strong leadership, executive stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee enterprise-wide Pega programs from initiation through planning, execution, deployment, and project closure.
• Manage multiple Pega implementation workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and implement comprehensive program governance, risk management, issue management, and mitigation strategies for complex Pega initiatives.
• Collaborate with Pega Solution Architects, Business Architects, Lead System Architects, Development Teams, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor program performance, resource utilization, financials, dependencies, and delivery milestones across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational governance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards within Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance environments.
• Provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and status updates to senior leadership, steering committees, and business stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, facilitate governance meetings, and ensure successful program outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
