Job Description

We are seeking an experienced LOB Quality Architect with strong financial-services domain expertise across home loans, loan servicing, default management, collections, and/or auto finance.

Responsibilities

Define quality and risk-based testing strategies across LOBs.
Analyze end-to-end business processes, data, integration, operational, and compliance risks.
Design risk-based test scenarios, conditions, and coverage models.
Lead functional, integration, regression, system, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
Validate payments, billing, delinquency, default, collections, recovery, and customer communication processes.
Validate LOB data flows, transformations, reconciliation, and data quality.
Test APIs, batch processes, file-based integrations, and downstream systems.
Establish quality gates, defect management, and release-readiness standards.
Collaborate with BAs, Product Owners, architects, developers, data teams, and business stakeholders.
Track test coverage, defects, quality risks, and release status.
Mentor QA engineers and test leads.
Drive automation, continuous testing, and quality engineering improvements.

Required Skills

Extensive QA / Quality Engineering / Test Architecture experience in financial services.
Strong experience in home loans, loan servicing, default, collections, and/or auto finance.
Strong risk-based testing and enterprise test strategy experience.
Experience with LOB data, APIs, interfaces, batch processes, file integrations, and reporting.
Strong understanding of requirements traceability, defect management, quality governance, and release management.
Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Cloud-based financial services platforms.
DevOps and Continuous Testing.
Test Automation / Quality Engineering transformation.
AI-driven testing and predictive quality analytics.
