What they really want

1. QE Solution Architect
• Design the overall testing/quality architecture.
• Build end-to-end QE strategies covering automation, testing processes, test data, environments, DevOps and AI.
2. Strong technical background
• Advanced Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Strong API testing (REST/SOAP) and SQL.
• Hands-on knowledge of automation and CI/CD.
• Jenkins, Azure Pipelines, GitHub, Bitbucket.
• Playwright is highly preferred.
• Cloud experience is a plus.
3. Pre-sales / consulting experience
• This is very important.
• They want someone who can meet with clients, understand their problems, design a solution, create the technical roadmap, and help win the business.
• Must be comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders.
4. AI Quality Engineering
• They want someone who understands how to use AI in QA, including AI-assisted testing and potentially LLM validation.
• AI isn't just a nice-to-have; they're positioning it as a major differentiator.
