Pay: $15.40/hr + quarterly performance bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: Full-time Contract, Contract through the end of February 2027

We are hiring Remote Customer Service Specialists to support a high-volume inbound call environment. This role involves handling customer calls, making occasional outbound calls, and updating information while navigating multiple systems.

This is a fast-paced position well suited for candidates with call center experience who are comfortable typing while speaking and working a fixed weekday schedule. Equipment is provided.

Requirements:

·       2+ years customer service experience

·       High-volume inbound call center experience

·       Strong typing and multitasking skills

·       Reliable internet and quiet workspace

·       Available Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
