Minimum Requirements
Organizational Change Management Architect with 15+ years of consulting experience leading enterprise adoption and change programs.
Prosci certification.
Extensive experience with M365 Copilot, AI, and Agentic AI adoption.
Proven leadership and executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and multiple concurrent customer engagements.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
Champion/advanced user of M365 Copilot and AI agents.
Comfortable leading multiple projects concurrently.
Product and Functional Skills
Lead Organizational Change Management consulting engagements.
Drive adoption of M365 Copilot, AI, and Microsoft cloud solutions.
Design change strategies, adoption plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
Lead delivery teams and customer workshops.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and program sponsors.
Measure adoption and business outcomes.
Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
