Job Summary

Value technology seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Telco Commercials with strong expertise in Telecommunications BSS, Quote-to-Cash, Salesforce Communication Cloud, and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of solution architecture experience within the Telecom domain and a strong understanding of commercial processes including Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management.

This role will be responsible for designing scalable, cloud-based solutions that connect telecom commercial operations with Salesforce, enterprise applications, network systems, ERP platforms, and modern integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for Telco BSS and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Define architecture for Lead-to-Order, CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Management.
• Provide technical leadership for Salesforce Communication Cloud and Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.
• Design solutions supporting B2B, B2C, and subscription-based business models.
• Integrate Salesforce with telecom core networks, ERP systems, billing platforms, middleware, and enterprise applications.
• Develop integration architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Apply TM Forum Open APIs and SID standards to telecom solution architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture and solution blueprints.
• Establish architecture standards, governance processes, design patterns, and conduct architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and technical leads.
• Provide technical guidance throughout design, development, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
• Required Qualifications
• 6+ years of Solution Architecture experience in the Telecommunications domain.
• Strong experience with Telecom BSS and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud, including EPC, CPQ, and OM, and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management, and commercial processes.
• Experience designing enterprise integration architectures.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-led integration.
• Experience with TM Forum Open APIs and SID.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, network, and middleware platforms.
• Strong communication, architecture documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience with Zuora Billing / Zuora Revenue.
• Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) experience.
• Experience with Apigee, Google Pub/Sub, and BigQuery.
• Experience in telecom subscription, billing, and revenue management.
• Salesforce Communications Cloud Accredited Professional certification.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
• Experience with TM Forum standards and telecom digital transformation.
