*Job Summary:*
The SAP PI/PO Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise integrations using SAP Process Integration (PI) / Process Orchestration (PO). The consultant works with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to integrate SAP and non-SAP applications.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy SAP PI/PO interfaces.
* Develop integrations using SAP PI/PO ESR and Integration Directory.
* Work with Synchronous and Asynchronous interfaces.
* Configure and troubleshoot adapters such as IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, HTTP, SFTP, JDBC, File, JMS, and Proxy.
* Develop message mappings, operation mappings, interface mappings, and routing logic.
* Work with XML, XSD, JSON, WSDL, XSLT, XPath, and other integration technologies.
* Configure communication channels and integration scenarios.
* Monitor interfaces and troubleshoot production failures.
* Analyze message errors, mapping issues, connectivity problems, and performance issues.
* Integrate SAP ECC/S/4HANA with third-party and cloud applications.
* Work with IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, and APIs.
* Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
* Create technical specifications, interface documentation, and support documentation.
* Coordinate with offshore/onshore development teams and business stakeholders.
* Follow change-management, release-management, and IT service-management processes.
*Required Skills:*
* Strong experience with SAP PI/PO.
* Hands-on experience with ESR, Integration Directory, Enterprise Services Repository, and Integration Builder.
* Strong knowledge of SAP adapters and interface development.
* Experience with IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, SFTP, JDBC, HTTP, and File adapters.
* Strong XML and message-mapping experience.
* Experience troubleshooting interfaces using SAP PI/PO monitoring tools.
* Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
* Good understanding of integration architecture and middleware concepts.
* Strong communication and documentation skills.
* Ability to work with distributed onshore and offshore teams.

* SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI)
* SAP API Management
* SAP Event Mesh
* BTP integration services
* REST/OData APIs
* Cloud-to-cloud and hybrid integrations
* Migration from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite
* Experience with S/4HANA integration
