Job Title: SAP Security/GRC Consultant

Location: California (Remote with on-demand travel)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Security activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Security Roles & Authorizations.
• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control (AC), Risk Analysis, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Perform user administration, security remediation, and compliance activities.
• Execute post-migration security validation and authorization testing.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure secure SAP implementations.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP Security/GRC experience.
• Mandatory: Experience in 2–3 end-to-end SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SAP GRC Access Control (AC)
  • Risk Analysis
  • Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • SAP Security Roles & Authorizations
  • User Administration
  • ECC & S/4HANA Security
  • Security Design & Remediation
  • Post-Migration Security Validation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Security Governance and Compliance.
• SAP Audit and Risk Management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional travel.
