Position: SAP SuccessFactors Lead Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description:
Role Overview
- The Supplier shall provide a SuccessFactors Talent Techno-Functional Consultant with demonstrated expertise in Onboarding 2.0, Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), Succession Planning, and Learning Management (LMS).
- The Consultant is expected to support design, configuration, integration, and optimization of Talent Management solutions within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with enterprise HR operating models and integration landscapes.
Scope of Services
Functional Design & Configuration
The Consultant shall:
- Lead and/or support requirements elicitation workshops for Talent modules
- Configure and optimize:
o Onboarding 2.0 processes, workflows, and forms
o PMGM goal plans and performance templates
o Succession planning tools (e.g., talent cards, org charts, readiness forms)
o Learning Management System (course, curriculum, and compliance tracking)
- Implement business rules, MDF objects, and workflows across Talent modules
Techno-Functional Solutioning
The Consultant shall:
- Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs
- Configure cross-module integrations including:
o Recruiting → Onboarding → Employee Central data flows
- Maintain and enhance XML templates, field configurations, and data models
- Support Talent Intelligence Hub / Job Profile Builder enhancements
Integration& Technical Development
The Consultant shall:
- Design, build, and support integrations using:
o SAP CPI (BTP) and Integration Center
o APIs, ODataservices, and Intelligent Services
- Develop event-driven integrations (e.g.,onboarding, termination workflows)
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across SuccessFactors and external systems
Reporting & Analytics
The Consultant shall:
o Story reports and Canvas reports across Talent modules
o Operational dashboards and KPIs
- Support data validation, reconciliation, and audit reporting
Stakeholder Engagement
The Consultant shall:
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
- Facilitate design workshops and solution reviews
- Provide knowledge transfer and documentation
Deliverables The Supplier shall ensure delivery of the following (as applicable to engagement scope):
- Functional Design Documents(FDDs)
- Technical Design Specifications (TDS) for integrations
- Configured Talent modules (ONB, PMGM, Succession, LMS)
- Integration artifacts (CPI/iFlowdesigns, APIs, mappings)
- Reporting dashboards and analytics outputs
- Test scripts and defect logs
- Post-go-live support documentation

Technical Capabilities
- Hands-on experience with:
o SAP CPI / BTP integrations
o Integration Center
o APIs and OData services
· Knowledge of:
o MDF framework, business rules, and RBP
o XML configuration within SuccessFactors
Integration Experience
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with:
o Employee Central
o External systems (e.g., ATS, payroll, time systems)
Certifications (Preferred)
- SAP Success Factors certifications in one or more:
o Onboarding 2.0
o LMS
o Employee Central
Engagement Expectations
The Consultant is expected to:
- Operate in a global, multi-country environment
- Support enterprise-scale implementations and upgrades
- Work under defined governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, hybrid delivery models)
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and compliance requirements
