Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Configuration Consultant to join our team supporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) configuration, payroll schema and rule configuration, payroll processing, testing, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and client representatives to deliver high-quality payroll solutions while ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements. This is a client-facing role requiring excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) based on business requirements.
• Configure payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), wage types, payroll functions, and payroll features.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into payroll configuration solutions.
• Support end-to-end payroll implementation, enhancements, and production support activities.
• Perform payroll testing including unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and parallel payroll validation.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues and resolve configuration defects.
• Support payroll execution and reconcile payroll results during testing and production cycles.
• Collaborate with Employee Central, Time Management, Benefits, and Integration teams.
• Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
• Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.
• Support payroll year-end activities and statutory compliance requirements.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve payroll-related incidents within SLA timelines.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of SAP HCM Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP EC Payroll configuration.
• Experience configuring: Payroll Schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Wage Types, Payroll Functions, Payroll Features, Payroll Control Records
• Experience with payroll processing and payroll execution.
• Strong experience in payroll testing and payroll result reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Employee Central to Employee Central Payroll integration.
• Experience with payroll parallel runs and validation activities.
• Good understanding of payroll retro calculations and off-cycle payroll.
• Experience working on payroll defects, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with payroll projects.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Management (OM).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience with payroll interfaces and third-party integrations.
• Exposure to Time Management and Benefits integration.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll certification is preferred.
• Experience working with global payroll implementations is an added advantage.
