Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

Title: Salesforce Data Migration Specialist
Location: Remote

Key Requirements:
Active, current license(s) with one or more established ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar)
Hands-on experience using the licensed ETL tool specifically for data migration projects (not just integration/reporting use cases)
Proven experience migrating large data volumes (20M+ records preferred) between Salesforce orgs
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, object relationships, and data mapping
Familiarity with Salesforce Dataloader and how it fits into broader migration workflows
Experience with data validation, deduplication, and reconciliation post-migration

Project Overview:
Our client is undertaking a large-scale Salesforce data migration initiative, moving approximately 20M+ records from one Salesforce org to another. The team currently relies on Salesforce Dataloader for migration activities and is looking to bring on an experienced ETL specialist to support and accelerate this effort.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Data Architecture and Management Designer, or similar)
• Experience with large enterprise org-to-org migrations
• Background in handling migration cutover planning and rollback strategies
