Technical Competencies
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera products (P6, Unifier, Primavera Cloud, Gateway, Analytics, Aconex, OPPM).
• Hands-on experience with application servers such as Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or Tomcat.
• Strong Linux administration and shell scripting skills.
• Strong PL/SQL and Web/REST services development experience.
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure.
• Working knowledge of networking and security concepts, particularly within federal/DOE environments.
• Java or equivalent programming background.
• Experience with Postman, SOAP UI, and related integration testing tools.
• Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL expertise.
• Expertise with SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with integration development and data migrations.
• Willingness to learn Oracle''s Project Integrated Framework (PIF) — full training provided on the job.
Education
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent years of directly relevant experience).
Experience
• 10+ years of customer-facing or consulting experience in the Primavera domain.
• 8+ years of overall experience with enterprise data migration and systems integration efforts.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera product suites, including Unifier and P6.
• Enterprise software implementation experience, ideally gained working for a software vendor or systems integrator.
• Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Prior systems integration experience with Oracle products and adjacent enterprise systems.
• Prior experience supporting Department of Energy (DOE) or other federal agencies is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with government stakeholders, program teams, and technical staff.
Desirable / Preferred Qualifications
• Prior exposure to Oracle''s Project Integrated Framework (PIF) is a plus, but not required — the selected candidate will receive hands-on training in PIF as part of onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with government stakeholders, Radus internal teams, and delivery partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software and integrations.
• Design, develop, and test assigned integration solutions and framework components.
• Interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels to translate business requirements into a technical blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, and support plan.
• Contribute to software code reusability, technical documentation, and knowledge management.
• Maintain and demonstrate strong working knowledge of Oracle Primavera products, developing proficiency in the PIF integration framework through Radus-provided training.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them to closure, operating independently within defined program policies and processes.
• Refine and improve delivery processes across the integration practice.
• Participate in organizational initiatives aimed at improving delivery quality and program outcomes.
• Report progress and collaborate proactively with all related stakeholders, including program management and security/compliance personnel.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Security Clearance: DOE Q or TS clearance required.
