Job Title: Salesforce Data Analyst

Job Description:
The Data Analyst owns Salesforce data migration analysis and mapping for the Apixio Org Merge, which involves a significant data migration effort. The role shapes the Contact and object model, works with the MDM team on the enterprise approach, and partners with the Center of Excellence and Payer teams to define mapping for data migration and any required integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define source-to-target data mapping for the Apixio-to-target Salesforce migration.
- Shape Contact and object-model design in coordination with the Solution Architect.
- Profile data, assess data quality, and define deduplication and survivorship rules.
- Work with the MDM team on the enterprise data approach.
- Define migration approach, validation, and reconciliation reporting.
- Partner with Center of Excellence and Payer stakeholders on mapping and integration needs.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years data analysis / migration experience with Salesforce.
- Strong source-to-target mapping and data profiling.
- SQL and Excel; Salesforce data model (Accounts, Contacts, custom objects).
- Data quality assessment, deduplication, and survivorship logic.
- Experience with large-scale Salesforce data migration.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Salesforce org-consolidation / merge experience.
- MDM tooling exposure.
- ETL / data-integration tooling.
- Healthcare or regulated-data migration experience.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator a plus
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant a plus
