DATA Lead
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead enterprise data migration strategy and execution activities
* Coordinate extraction, mapping, transformation, and validation processes
* Manage migration tooling, mock conversions, and reconciliation cycles
* Support data retention, archival, and compliance requirements
* Coordinate migration dependencies across integrations and reporting platforms
* Support migration defect resolution and remediation activities
* Participate in cutover planning and go-live readiness validation
* Establish migration governance, metrics, and reporting processes
KNOW HOW (Education, Experience, Certifications required, etc.)
* 8+ years of SAP data migration experience
* Multiple SAP migration projects including S/4HANA conversions
