Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Spiff Consultant with hands-on expertise in Salesforce Spiff (Incentive Compensation Management) to support solution design, implementation, integration, and project estimation for incentive compensation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Spiff, experience designing scalable compensation plans, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Spiff solutions for incentive compensation management.
• Configure compensation plans, commission rules, quotas, territories, accelerators, and payout calculations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Integrate Spiff with Salesforce CRM, ERP, HR, and other relevant enterprise systems.
• Work with data models, data imports, APIs, and integration workflows to ensure accurate commission calculations.
• Support solution architecture, implementation planning, effort estimation, and project delivery.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, sales operations, finance teams, and technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Spiff / Spiff Incentive Compensation Management.
• Strong understanding of incentive compensation, sales commissions, quota management, and payout calculations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and integration methodologies, including APIs and data synchronization.
• Ability to design solutions, estimate implementation effort, and identify technical dependencies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with end-to-end Spiff implementation and configuration.
