Salesforce Consultant — Workflow Assessment & Optimization

Position Description:

• We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant to evaluate our current implementation, assess how our team actually works day to day, and help us fix what's broken while unlocking capabilities we're not yet using. This is equal parts audit, design, and hands-on configuration.
• You'll come in, understand our business, tell us honestly where we stand, and then help us build a Salesforce environment that genuinely supports how we work — not one we work around.

Required:

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a consultant, administrator, or solution architect.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent demonstrated expertise).
• Proven track record auditing existing orgs and turning them into streamlined, well-adopted systems.
• Strong command of Salesforce configuration: custom objects/fields, record types, page layouts, Flow automation, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience translating real business workflows into Salesforce processes — especially relationship/pipeline management (B2B or referral-based sales models).
• Excellent communication skills: you can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and give straight answers.
• Creates documentation and training so staff can confidently use the system.
• Rebuild and streamline workflows, automations (Flows, validation rules, approvals), and page layouts to match workflows.
• Build meaningful reports and dashboards that give leadership visibility into pipeline and relationship health.
• Set up scalable processes so the org stays clean and useful as we grow.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with the healthcare, post-acute, senior living, or LTC/SNF/ALF landscape.
• Awareness of HIPAA and handling of sensitive data.
• Experience with data cleanup, deduplication, and migration tools.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
