Role Summary
Collaborates with DT IMO to develop integration strategy and lead the execution for Lead to Cash (LTC) processes and systems for acquired companies, spanning CRM, quote-to-cash, billing, and order management. Owns alignment between acquired company systems/processes and ServiceNow's Lead to Cash operating model, partnering directly with Marketing, GTM, Post Sales, and Finance leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own integration strategy across the full Lead to Cash value chain: lead management, CPQ, order management, post sales, billing, and revenue recognition
Serve as liaison to Marketing, GTM, Post Sales, and Finance leadership, driving decisions on system consolidation and process alignment
Partner with Enterprise Architects and TPMs on CRM/quote-to-cash tool disposition strategy (continue/consolidate/retire)
Lead resolution of complex data migration and reconciliation issues for customer, deal, and billing records, including revenue continuity risk management
Present Lead to Cash integration status, risks, and recommendations directly to DT IMO leadership and DTLT
Contribute Lead to Cash integration patterns to DT IMO's reusable playbook and synergy tracking framework
Required Qualifications
6+ years experience in CRM/quote-to-cash systems leadership, revenue operations, post sales systems integrations or sales systems integration, with demonstrated ownership of complex initiatives
Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow CRM, etc.), post sales systems, and billing/order management/revenue recognition systems
Proven experience leading cross-functional integration work involving Marketing, GTM, Post Sales, and Finance leadership
Track record managing revenue-critical data migration and reconciliation with minimal business disruption
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior M&A integration leadership experience specific to Lead to Cash or revenue systems
Familiarity with ServiceNow CRM/SPM modules
Experience building synergy tracking frameworks or revenue continuity risk models
