Job Description
Client is looking for a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and remediate defects in an application that is recently developed. The programmer analyst should have experience in Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Flows, Apex classes and triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce functionality in support of business requirements.

- Contribute to and maintain technical documentation (design specs, deployment notes, release documentation).
- Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes for both defect remediation and new feature development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow Builder, Process Builder migration, validation rules, page layouts, permission sets).
- Production experience with Copado (or comparable Salesforce CI/CD tooling) for release management.
- Experience writing Apex unit tests and working within a DevOps-driven defect remediation process.
- Practical experience with Jira for agile story writing, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking.
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities (Agentforce, Einstein, Prompt Builder) or familiarity with recent Dreamforce product announcements.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
