Summary

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Duration: 400 hrs
Location: Remote

Core Skills:
Project goal: Implement an Agentforce-powered autofill option that drafts and pre-populates report fields using uploaded narrative content and existing system data.
All implementation resources will need excellent Agentforce skills to complete the following:
Target fields for AI drafting:
  • Goals and Objectives
  • Describe Overall Reach and Impact
  • Highlights and Success Stories
  • Audience / Participants
  • Summary
  • Sustainability Plan
  • Works Cited
  • Ensure all drafted fields remain fully editable by users; AI acts as a drafting assistant, not an automatic final submission.
Provide automated analysis for:
  • Word Count
  • Themes
  • Sentiment
  • Word Frequency
  • Performance measurement against stated goals, NASA Performance Goals, and Focus Areas
  • Generate an AI Summary Tab in the Closeout Performance Report view, presenting non-editable AI-generated results for quick access.
UI/UX Enhancements:
  • Update platform UI/UX to support viewing and interaction with new AI outputs, including:
  • New "AI Summary" tab in Closeout Performance Report
  • Clear positioning and accessibility of AI-generated summaries and analyses
  • Non-editable AI summary sections responding to predefined and user prompts (e.g., word frequency, recommended actions, performance evaluation, thematic coherence, sentiment analysis).
