Job Description

ITBrainiac Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce application design, development, and system integrations.

CRITICAL GATING CRITERIA (Mandatory):

• Prior Client Experience: Candidates MUST have prior hands-on project experience with Capital One, Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac (minimum 6+ months; 1–4 years preferred). Profiles without this specific enterprise background cannot be considered.

• Onsite & Interview: Must be able to attend a mandatory in-person interview and commit to a 3-day per week onsite hybrid schedule at one of the approved locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.

• Develop, test, and maintain robust data queries using SOQL and SOSL, enforcing strict performance standards within Salesforce governor limits.

• Architect and implement inbound/outbound integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, OAuth protocols, and middleware systems.

• Utilize modern DevOps practices and source-driven development using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

• Configure standard platform capabilities including Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and custom object architectures.

• Collaborate in fast-paced Agile/Scrum sprints, supporting code reviews, sprint planning, and user story estimations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience Level: 6–8+ years of core Salesforce development experience.

• Technical Stack: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, Web Services.

• Architecture & Governance: In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security controls, and governor limits.

• DevOps & Tooling: Salesforce DX, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA.

• Methodologies: Solid track record in Agile/Scrum delivery.
