Foundational Key Responsibilities (2 Roles) Collaborate with the CSDM and CMDB teams to define a repeatable approach for mapping Service Instances to CIs using tagging and standard patterns.Assist Service Owners and support staff with applying and validating tags (yaml) that support CSDM/CMDB alignment and TCO visibility.Identify opportunities to simplify class structures and relationship patterns to support foundational alignment standards.Document tagging standards, mapping patterns, and known
