Job Title: SharePoint Site Administrator / Content and Information Manager
Role Summary:
The SharePoint Site Administrator / Content and Information Manager is responsible for designing, building,
organizing, and maintaining departmental SharePoint sites. This role partners with business functions to
migrate content from legacy SharePoint environments, establish site structure and access controls, and ensure
information is accurate, secure, and easy to find. The position supports global stakeholders and requires
flexibility to work overlapping hours with teams in CST, GMT, and SST as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain departmental SharePoint sites
• Coordinate with multiple business functions to review, organize, and transfer content from legacy
SharePoint sites
• Define site architecture, folder structures, metadata, and content organization standards
• Create and manage access rules, permissions, and user groups
• Ensure content is current, accurate, and easy to retrieve
• Support site users with navigation, document management, and basic troubleshooting
• Partner with IT, compliance, and business stakeholders on governance and security requirements
• Track migration progress and resolve content transfer issues
• Maintain documentation for site standards, processes, and ownership
• Support global coordination across JAPAC, Americas, and EMEA as needed
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree and 5+years experience in administration and creation of sharepoints
• Experience with SharePoint site administration, content management, or information organization and
building/creation of share points
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills and project management skills
• Knowledge of document migration and information governance
• Understanding of permissions, access control, and site security
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work across time zones with some schedule flexibility

• Experience supporting global teams
• Experience with SharePoint migration projects
• Experience working with business, IT, and compliance teams
• Knowledge of records management, taxonomy, or metadata structures
