Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking a Graphic Designer.

Summary:
This role owns all visual and communications design across Talent Acquisition tools and deliverables. Required strength in PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, and other digital design tools, with proven experience creating personas, journey maps, process documentation, workflow documentation, SharePoint Online website designs, and executive level PowerPoint decks.

Core responsibilities include designing executive facing decks and internal and external documentation, building and maintaining SharePoint Online sites, and partnering with business stakeholders on process mapping and process engineering, then translating those workflows into polished playbooks and documentation.

The Graphic Designer will design, develop, and maintain robust SharePoint Online websites and experiences, develop executive level quality PowerPoint decks and documentation, and design robust workflows and playbooks for internal and external use.

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online (or other website) design
* 5+ years of experience with PowerPoint business decks
* 3+ years of experience with Playbook design
* Able to work well with people and teams
* Can manage multiple projects at once
* Capable of delivering high-quality products in a timely fashion

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
