Technical Business Analyst - Documentation & Cloud Infrastructure Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Analyst with exceptional documentation skills to support cloud infrastructure and platform engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation including User Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Operations Manuals, Knowledge Base articles, Process Documents, and Training Materials. This role will work closely with Product Managers, Platform Engineers, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers, Security Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure all cloud platforms, processes, and services are well documented and easily consumable by both technical and non-technical audiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to understand cloud platform capabilities and workflows. Develop comprehensive User Guides for cloud platforms and internal applications. Create Installation Guides, Configuration Guides, Administration Manuals, and Operations Manuals. Prepare Step-by-Step How-To Guides and Runbooks. Produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activities. Maintain Knowledge Base articles in Confluence, SharePoint, or similar platforms. Create FAQs, Troubleshooting Guides, and Quick Reference Cards. Develop Release Notes and Feature Documentation for new platform capabilities. Ensure all documentation follows organizational standards and version control practices. Preferred Skills Understanding of Cloud platform (Google Cloud Platform Preferred) Understanding of DevOps practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience documenting APIs and REST services. Basic understanding of scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) is an advantage.
