Summary

Responsibilities:

Build technical expertise in Client various advertising products (signal, measurement, and delivery) and provide consultative guidance to clients and partners on best practices and bespoke setups.
Resolve technical issues stemming from our client's usage of Client advertising solutions.
Partner closely with Client s sales teams and Tier A+ advertisers to resolve client issues, prioritize, and build market or vertical plans for technical services.
Escalate potential bugs to the product and engineering teams and drive resolution.

Skills:

BA/BS in Marketing, Computer Science, or related degree.
2+ years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
Experience managing a multi-million-dollar book of business, able to autonomously prioritize, and communicate effectively with sales and clients.
Experience with technical troubleshooting Client Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Client SDK, Client Pixel).
Customer-facing experience translating technical concepts and solutions to non-technical audiences.
Experience with technically troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery.
Experience working with web technologies including, but not limited to: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP.
Experience working with SQL and RESTful APIs.

Key Projects/Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Scaled technical support for Client s top advertising clients.
Day to day supporting a group of advertisers on a case-by-case bases through a ticketing system, the name of the role is technical solutions consultant.
Receive an ambiguous request from a client and leverage technical knowledge and troubleshooting skillsets and client issues.
Technical supporting, supporting a QUE of requests.
High value advertisements at Client that require more technical and diplomatic.
Isolation breaks in tracking pixels, API payloads, and authorization Tokens.

Must-Have Skills:

First-hand knowledge of Client tools, building integrations for google/ FAANG.. Worked with FAANG/ Multi-million-dollar book of business companies internally or as a client. Managing API tools with Client companies.
2-4 years of experience in the Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
Experience with technical troubleshooting Client Advertising & Business technologies and ecosystem (ex. Graph API, Ads Manager, Conversions API, Client SDK, Client Pixel).

Nice-to-have Skills:

SQL ( highly preferred) running SQL queries , API, Java Script.
Sales XFN experience.

Years of Experience: 02 - 04 Years.

Years of Experience: BA Degree or Similar Experiences.

Interviews: 1st round is behavioral questions, walking through their resume s. How they will resolve a technical troubleshooting example. 2nd round is specific questions about Client Ads problems solving, how to deal with prioritizations and frustrated clients. Questions about API, Java Script, how tech advertising works.
