Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead cross-functional technology programs by defining objectives, scope, priorities, roadmaps, milestones, resources, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to manage requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and project priorities.
- Establish and improve program processes, governance, reporting, release management, and performance metrics to drive operational excellence.
- Communicate program status and business outcomes to stakeholders and leadership while mentoring team members and promoting effective project and Agile practices.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7+ years of experience in technical program or project management, including cross-functional technology delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, roadmap development, and operational improvement.

PMP, PgMP, or PfMP preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or mentoring team members in complex, matrixed enterprise environments.
- PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification preferred.
