This role focuses on providing tier 1-1.5 support within a Microsoft environment, emphasizing the use of Meraki and Active Directory. You will collaborate with a team of 13 in a solutions center, assisting a diverse user base and managing daily support tickets. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tier 1-1.5 technical support in a Microsoft environment, ensuring efficient resolution of user issues.
Utilize Meraki for network management and monitoring, contributing to the overall performance of the network.
Manage user accounts and group policies in Active Directory, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Collaborate with team members to handle daily support tickets, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Assist in account provisioning and onboarding processes, ensuring new users have access to necessary resources.
Engage in troubleshooting activities to resolve technical issues, improving overall user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Experience working in a Microsoft shop, demonstrating familiarity with its technologies and support processes.
Proficiency in Meraki, with hands-on experience in network management and monitoring.
Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on user satisfaction and support.
Experience in account provisioning, ensuring accurate setup and management of user accounts.
Familiarity with ConnectWise, Auvik alerting, or SolarWinds is considered a plus.
