Job Description
We are looking for an experienced QA Integration workday Tester with strong Workday testing experience, automation skills, and client-facing capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA processes, release cycles, UAT coordination, and test management practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing for Workday applications and related systems.
• Understand business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Selenium and other automation tools.
• Execute API and UI automation tests and analyze test results.
• Participate in release planning, test planning, defect triage, and UAT support activities.
• Work closely with business users, developers, product owners, and client stakeholders.
• Track defects, test execution, and QA progress using Jira or similar test management tools.
• Provide QA sign-off inputs and testing status reports for releases.
• Support client-facing discussions, demos, and QA walkthroughs as needed.
• E2E/Integration testing is required
Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA processes and software testing.
• Workday experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium.
• Strong experience in API testing and UI automation.
• Good understanding of release management and UAT processes.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar test/test management tools.
• Strong defect reporting, tracking, and communication skills.
• Prior client-facing experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
