Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Sourcing & Procurement Operations to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support procurement and finance business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, JavaScript development, integrations, and workflow automation while working closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform.
• Configure and customize the Sourcing & Procurement Operations module to meet business requirements.
• Develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Catalog Items.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Develop procurement-related workflows, approvals, catalogs, and automation processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including solution designs, update sets, deployment guides, and integration documentation.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements, and provide post-deployment support.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management.
• Recommend and implement out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities whenever appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing or supporting Sourcing & Procurement Operations within ServiceNow.
• Experience with procurement workflows, sourcing processes, purchasing operations, and vendor management.

• Experience with CMDB, ACLs, and Data Model design.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
• Additional ServiceNow micro-certifications are a plus.
