Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM Developer with strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow IRM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow applications and platform solutions using JavaScript and the Now Platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM applications following platform best practices and governance standards.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Catalog Items, and custom applications.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
• Configure and implement IRM modules including Risk Management and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, deployment guides, update sets, and integration documentation.
• Provide post-production support, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and SDLC best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics to support risk visibility and compliance reporting.
• Research and recommend new ServiceNow capabilities, including AI-powered features where applicable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the ServiceNow team.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent hands-on ServiceNow IRM development experience.
• Strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Experience configuring and implementing:

Required Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• One or more of the following preferred:
• Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
