Summary:
We are seeking an individual to support employee onboarding, corporate learning, training administration, and broader business enablement initiatives. This role is a great fit for a professional who enjoys coordinating programs, communicating with employees and leaders, and making sure the operational details behind onboarding and training run smoothly. The Brand & Business Enablement Coordinator will support new-hire learning programs, manage training assignments/reporting, coordinate communications/meetings, maintain learning materials, and help improve existing processes.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate employee onboarding/foundational learning activities
* Pull, maintain, and review reports
* Maintain training programs and learning activities within Workday
* Track training participation
* Coordinate approximately 20 foundational learning modules assigned to new employees
* Communicate with hiring managers regarding new-hire preparation, onboarding requirements, and available resources
* Schedule onboarding meetings, training sessions, and other learning activities
* Create, edit, and maintain materials
* Update content as needed
* Support internal learning resources, SharePoint sites, and employee-facing enablement content
* Gather learner feedback and participation metrics and maintain reports or dashboards
* Proofread and quality-check learning materials and communications
* Partner with team members and stakeholders to coordinate learning and enablement initiatives
* Identify opportunities to simplify outdated or manual processes
* Leverage AI, automation, and emerging technology to improve productivity and efficiency
* Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1-3 years of experience in corporate learning, employee onboarding, learning administration, program coordination, HR operations, enablement, or a related environment
* Hands-on experience with Workday, particularly reporting, learning administration, training assignments, or employee data
* Foundational knowledge of adult learning principles, training programs, and employee onboarding processes
* Experience creating, editing, or maintaining training materials, presentations, job aids, communications, or process documentation
* Strong organizational and project coordination skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging communications for different audiences
* Excellent proofreading, editing, and quality-assurance skills
* Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build positive working relationships with stakeholders at different levels of an organization
* Data-minded approach with experience tracking participation, gathering feedback, or maintaining reports and dashboards
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook
* Experience with learning management systems or digital learning platforms is a plus
* Familiarity with tools such as Articulate, Rise, Synthesia, Camtasia, or similar instructional-design tools is a plus
* Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and ways of working
* Proactive, curious, and customer-focused approach, including a willingness to ask questions rather than make assumption

The ideal candidate combines strong organization and communication skills with foundational knowledge of adult learning and a willingness to embrace new technology, AI, and automation.
