Manager Employee Relations & HR Business Partner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for a an experienced Manager Employee Relations & HR Business Partner to provide temporary support during team leaves in Doral, FL. This role will partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions with a strong focus on employee relations, Supporting HR projects, organizational initiatives, and HR business partner support.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, pulse surveys, policy interpretation, and employee concerns
* Manage and execute HR projects and annual people processes, including talent management, promotions, compensation planning, organizational changes, workforce planning, and process improvements
* Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee and organizational matters and support the execution of people strategies
* Develop presentations, reports, communications, and executive-ready materials for leaders and HR stakeholders
* Analyze HR and workforce data to identify trends, develop executive-ready insights, and provide actionable recommendations related to employee relations, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, and other HR Centers of Excellence to support business needs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of HR experience with significant Employee Relations and HR Business Partner responsibilities
* Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing sensitive employee matters
* Demonstrated experience leading HR projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
