QA Automation Engineer (Exp-10 Years)- Full time-Remote

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UI automation, API testing, automation framework development, Java/Python/JavaScript, Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, CI/CD, and SQL.

Mandatory Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
• Develop automated test scripts for web, API, and backend applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automated test scenarios.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams.
• Participate in requirement analysis and define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Improve automation coverage, test execution efficiency, and framework stability.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing.
• Review automation code and establish QA automation best practices.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor automated test execution and provide quality reports to stakeholders.

UI Automation

Strong hands-on experience with one or more automation tools:

• Selenium WebDriver

• Cypress

Experience with:

• Cross-Browser Testing
