🔥 Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong hands-on experience in test automation, E2E validation, and Agile delivery environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience building and enhancing scalable automation frameworks using AccelQ, Cucumber, Playwright, and/or Cypress, along with CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions.
🔴 MUST-HAVE SKILLS
✅ 5+ years of QA Automation Testing
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Cypress
✅ Strong experience with Cucumber
✅ Experience with AccelQ preferred
✅ Proven End-to-End (E2E) testing across complex workflows
✅ Strong GitHub Actions / CI-CD experience
✅ UI, API, and backend validation
✅ Automation framework development/enhancement
✅ Functional and non-functional testing
✅ Agile/Scrum environment
✅ Defect tracking using Rally or similar tools
✅ Strong communication and analytical skills
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases and E2E scenarios
• Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks
• Perform UI, API, backend, and integration testing
• Develop and maintain CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions
• Identify, document, and track defects
• Participate in design reviews, backlog grooming, and sprint activities
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product, and QA teams
• Perform end-to-end validation across multiple systems and integrations
• Identify opportunities to improve automation coverage and testing efficiency
• Provide QA status, risks, and issue updates to stakeholders
🤖 AI / GenAI EXPECTATIONS
Candidates should have baseline proficiency with enterprise-approved AI tools, including:
• GitHub Copilot
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Other approved GenAI platforms
Experience using AI tools for coding, documentation, analysis, troubleshooting, and productivity improvement is expected.
