Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead HR Workday Analyst with knowledge in Workday Extend to join our client''s HR Technology team. This is a senior-level role requiring a strong combination of functional and technical Workday expertise, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently analyze complex business problems, gather and document requirements, design scalable Workday solutions, and lead projects from discovery through implementation. Experience supporting HR organizations and collaborating with business stakeholders is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Workday HCM/HR Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend and custom application development is plus
• Experience as a Lead Workday Analyst, Workday Functional Consultant, or HRIS Consultant.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently drive solution design.
• Experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories and functional documentation.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, and production implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating process maps, wireframes, presentations, and business documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• HR domain experience.
• Workday Studio experience.
• Knowledge of Workday Integration.
• Knowledge of Core HCM.
• Experience with Business Process Framework.
• Experience with Calculated Fields.
• Experience with Prism Analytics.
• Workday Security knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
• Experience using Jira or similar project management tools.
