Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, budgeting, resource management, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and DevOps.
Manage communication with business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
Track project progress, KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery status.
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologies.
Manage project documentation, status reports, presentations, and executive updates.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful production implementation.

Required Skills

12+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Project Management.
Strong experience managing large-scale technology and enterprise projects.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development lifecycle.
Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Strong reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
Experience with Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, Application Development, or Infrastructure projects.
Experience managing vendor/client relationships and third-party teams.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
Experience with budget forecasting, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
Strong experience presenting project status to senior leadership and executives.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
