- Vendor Evaluation & Selection Process
- Contract Negotiation Support
- Knowledge of Government Procurement Policies
SLA & Contract Management
- Drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) (5+ years)
- Defining KPIs, SLAs, and Performance Metrics
- Experience with Turnkey / POS / Licensing Systems (preferred)
Technical & Documentation
