Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12+ years of experience to lead complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, risk management, budgeting, resource management, and end-to-end SDLC delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Architects, and DevOps.
• Manage communication with business stakeholders, leadership, vendors, and technical teams.
• Track project progress, KPIs, milestones, and overall delivery status.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support Waterfall/hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Manage project documentation, status reports, presentations, and executive updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure successful production implementation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management / IT Project Management.
• Strong experience managing large-scale technology and enterprise projects.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development lifecycle.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and change management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Strong reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification.
• Experience with Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, Application Development, or Infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing vendor/client relationships and third-party teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with budget forecasting, financial tracking, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Strong experience presenting project status to senior leadership and executives.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
