RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP OTC Solution Architect/Process Lead in Chesterfield, MO.
Responsibilities:
* Own and lead the end-to-end design of global
* Order-to-Cash processes across the customer lifecycle
* Design solutions covering quotation and quote management; Customer and partner management; Sales order management; Product and customer pricing; Pricing conditions, discounts, promotions, and agreements; Credit management and credit exposure; Order holds and releases; Availability and fulfillment integration; Delivery and shipment integration; Billing and invoicing; Returns and refunds; Rebates and incentives; Intercompany and cross-company transactions; Dispute and credit/debit memo processes; And integration with Accounts Receivable and financial processes
* Develop solutions that balance global process standardization with legitimate local business requirements
* Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate manual workarounds, and improve automation and controls
* Ensure proposed solutions consider the complete business process rather than optimizing individual SAP transactions or modules
* Define the end-to-end customer and commercial process across Salesforce CRM, SAP eCommerce/customer platforms, SAP S/4HANA, and related systems
* Establish clear ownership and integration boundaries between CRM, eCommerce, SAP, and other applications
* Facilitate business workshops with process owners, SMEs, and stakeholders to understand current-state processes and define future-state capabilities
* Translate business requirements into clear, actionable functional requirements and solution designs
* Create and maintain high-quality solution documentation including end-to-end process flows, business process diagrams, functional specifications, solution design documents, process narratives, business requirements, integration requirements, data requirements, decision logs, process controls, business rules, and test scenarios
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP SD/Order-to-Cash
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA OTC
* Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end business processes, not simply configuring individual SAP transactions
* Strong experience creating process flows, functional specifications, solution designs, and other business/IT documentation
* Strong experience with SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and business validation
* Proven experience facilitating business workshops and driving design decisions
* Experience working with APIs, integrations, middleware, and cross-system business processes
* Experience working with global business processes and multi-country implementations
* Experience developing and delivering training to business users
* Experience working with global system integrators and challenging/validating their proposed solutions
* Deep understanding of sales orders, quotations, pricing, contracts/agreements, credit management, deliveries and fulfillment integration, billing, returns, credit/debit memos, rebates/incentives, and accounts receivable integration
* Strong understanding of integration between SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce CRM and/or eCommerce platforms
* Strong understanding of master data dependencies including customer/business partner, product/material, pricing, and organizational data
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
