Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP SD / OTC Senior Lead Consultant with 15+ years of SAP experience and strong expertise in end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in SAP SD, preferably SAP S/4HANA, and should be capable of leading complex implementations, transformations, integrations, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP SD functionality across the OTC lifecycle.
• Manage sales orders, quotations, contracts, deliveries, shipping, picking, PGI and billing.
• Design and support pricing procedures, condition techniques and output management.
• Work on ATP / availability check and delivery scheduling.
• Handle credit management and customer-related processes.
• Configure and support returns, cancellations, intercompany sales and third-party sales.
• Manage account determination and integration with SAP FI.
• Work closely with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM and other SAP teams.
• Support EDI, IDoc and third-party system integrations.
• Lead functional testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution and deployment activities.
• Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
• Provide guidance to offshore/onshore functional teams.
• Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams on developments.
• Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Participate in process improvement and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP SD expertise.
• Extensive SAP SD / OTC functional experience.
• Strong knowledge of complete Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience leading SAP teams and working with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or transformation experience.
• Experience in large-scale global SAP implementations.
• SAP SD certification is a plus.
• Experience working in global template / rollout projects.
• Strong experience with SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with SAP Fiori / S/4HANA output management is a plus.
