job summary:
Seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to provide strategic leadership for adoption, readiness, and business value realization across GEN AI initiatives. This role establishes and governs the change strategy, leads adoption planning across multiple initiatives, coaches practitioners, and partners with business and technology leaders to ensure AI capabilities are understood, adopted, and delivering measurable outcomes.

responsibilities:
- Lead the OCM strategy and roadmap for GEN AI initiatives and related programs
- Establish enterprise-wide adoption, readiness, and engagement approaches
- Partner with senior leaders to align change strategies with business objectives
- Serve as the primary advisor on change impacts, adoption risks, and stakeholder readiness
- Lead stakeholder engagement and executive communications across a matrixed organization
- Define and oversee communications, training, and enablement strategies
- Develop scalable adoption models, including champions, communities of practice, and leadership engagement plans
- Create and manage adoption metrics, success measures, and value realization reporting
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate organizational risks and resistance to adoption
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to OCM practitioners, analysts, and project teams
- Establish repeatable OCM processes, standards, templates, and best practices for GEN AI initiatives
qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of six years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of eight years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT process design/process improvement or IT project management position.
