Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - OCM lead, Gen AI
- Organizational Change Management experience supporting large-scale technology, digital transformation, or enterprise initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading OCM strategy across multiple projects or programs
- Strong executive communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to build alignment and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience developing governance, operating models, and adoption frameworks
- Strong change impact assessment, risk management, and readiness planning capabilities
- Experience establishing and measuring adoption, engagement, and business outcome metrics
- Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor team members while elevating organizational change capabilities
