Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

Experience
12+ years in Organizational Change Management, with proven experience leading change initiatives for Active Directory Transformation, Active Directory Separation, or Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs.
Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive the people side of complex Active Directory Transformation and Separation programs. The role will focus on ensuring successful adoption of new identity services, minimizing business disruption, and enabling stakeholders through structured change management, communication, training, and business readiness activities.
• The ideal candidate has led OCM for large-scale infrastructure transformations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or Active Directory separation initiatives and can effectively collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Organizational Change Management strategy for Active Directory Transformation/Separation programs.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans aligned with project milestones.
• Perform stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement planning.
• Conduct change impact assessments across business units, applications, and end-user communities.
• Create executive communication plans and regular stakeholder updates.
• Develop communication materials including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and user guides.
• Design and coordinate end-user training, awareness sessions, and adoption campaigns.

Required Experience

• 12+ years in Organizational Change Management.
• 7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience supporting one or more of the following:
• Active Directory Transformation
• Active Directory Forest Separation
• Active Directory Consolidation
• M&A IT Integration
• Divestiture Programs
• Microsoft Identity projects
• Experience managing change for global organizations with 5,000+ users.
• Experience supporting phased migration or wave-based deployment programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure and identity services.
